Pack readiness score calculator
Score a single evidence pack out of 100 before you send it to a client. See which documents are missing, expiring or expired and the order to fix them in.
Who this is for and what it solves
- Ops and compliance leads assembling packs for a specific client or tender
- Bid teams doing a final sense-check before submission
- Account managers sending an annual evidence refresh
You know the pack is nearly there. You are not sure whether it is genuinely client-ready or one expired certificate away from an awkward call. Score it in two minutes and see the top gaps to close.
- Note: Minimum £10m
- Note: Minimum £5m

How it works
- Step 1Load the preset pack
Start with the standard client-ready document list. Add your own rows or remove what does not apply.
- Step 2Mark each document's status
Missing, expired, expiring within 30 days or in date. Add the expiry where you have it.
- Step 3Get a score and gap list
A 0-100 score with the specific documents to fix before you send, ordered by importance.
Questions and answers
A score is a snapshot. Keeping the pack current is the job.
Scoring a pack once tells you what to fix today. It cannot tell you when tomorrow's expiry drops the score again or when a supplier quietly resubmits a weaker certificate.
Credbase keeps the pack score live, chases the missing and expiring documents on your behalf and produces a client-ready pack the moment you need it.
