Full definition
Readiness is defined as: Readiness is the state in which every document a supplier needs is on file, in date and available to share without last-minute chasing.
Readiness reframes compliance from a periodic project into a continuous property. A supplier is either ready - every required document is on file and in date - or they are not. There is no partial credit when a tender or client audit lands.
Tracking readiness as a single percentage per supplier makes the queue visible: who needs a nudge this week, whose insurance lapses next month and which packs can go out today without any human review.
